Pick the service you need, give us your address and a phone number, and tell us the best time to reach you. We confirm every online booking by phone.
What to Have Ready
- The make of your burner, boiler or furnace, if you know it (the label is usually on the front of the unit).
- What the system is doing: no heat, short cycling, noise, smell or a dripping relief valve.
- Whether the tank has oil in it. If it ran dry, order a delivery from Domino Fuel first and ask about our prime and start service.
- Access to the basement or utility room for the technician.
Emergency? Call Instead
If you have no heat, smell oil or see smoke, call (631) 867-2231. Emergency calls are answered 24 hours a day and dispatched at once; after-hours emergency calls carry an additional charge that is quoted before the technician leaves.
